Established in 1978, Dalian Jinmei Industrial Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of valves, marine valves, pipes, fittings and precision casted products. Close to the city center of Dalian, Dalian Port, Dayaowan Port and Shen-Da Expressway, we are enjoying a great geographical location and convenient transportation. The company covers a total area of more than 50,000 square meters, and the construction area is 5,800 square meters.

The company owns a registered capital of USD567,000, and fixed assets of over USD3,450,000. We have complete equipment including 2 sets of 5 tons each, 2 sets of intermediate frequency induction furnaces of respectively 0.3 ton and 0.5 ton, nearly 200 sets of machine tools and 10,000 high voltage power transmission private cable.

Our company has its own laboratories and testing laboratories of mechanical performance. The testing facilities are excellent, testing standards are complete and testing results are accurate and reliable, which guarantee the production and quality of our products, as well as the testing to be scientific and standard.

It is composed of 4 departments (supply & marketing, finance department, production technology department, quality department, enterprise management department), 8 branches, 3 offices and 4 workshops. And we are one of the relatively large-scale professional manufacturers of valves and casted pipes in China.

Most of our products are exported with ships. Our main products range from nodular cast iron pipes, flange pipes to nodular cast iron pipe fittings and connectors. There are over 30 varieties of pipe fittings, such as tee joints, elbow joints and couplers with more than 1,500 standards. Among them the largest caliber is DN2000mm, and the heaviest one weighs about 10 tons. Valve products include close valves, close check valves, check valves, strobe valves, and heads of air pipes, which are made of cast steel, cast iron, cast copper, nodular cast iron, stainless steel and other materials. The nominal diameter ranges from 15mm to 200mm (precision casting) and 250mm-800mm (normal casting), and the nominal pressure ranges from 0.1 to 6.4MPa. There are nearly 300 varieties and 1,400 standards in this range.

Our products are sold both in domestic market and over ten foreign countries and areas, such as Japan, France, Vietnam, Germany, Canada, Egypt, Singapore, Malaysia, Belgium, Pakistan, Norway, Switzerland, and Argentina. Since 1990, we have successively established supplying relationships with every national large-scale boatyards, American Sigma Corporation, American PCI Corporation, British Ford Corporation and Indian Electric Steel Corporation.

The company strictly performs national standard. For years, it has been successively awarded titles as the Model Unit of "Respecting Contracts & Keeping Faith", "National Top 100 Heating Companies" and "Top 100 of Earning Foreign Exchange Through Exports" among township enterprises of Liaoning Province by Dalian, as well as the certificate of "Self-Owned Import & Export Qualification" awarded by Ministry of Foreign Trade.
